Who Needs a Development Coach?
Someone feeling lost:
Coaching will get you back on track again if you are feeling lost. Set a destination where you want to reach. Have a clear vision to push you forward in the right direction.
Someone who can't let their past mistakes go:
Mistakes shape you, they don’t define you. Coaching sessions help you realize that you are not your mistakes, your past, or your failures. You will find power in accepting what you can't change and learning from it to make you a better person.
Someone who isn't excited about life anymore:
Life can be tough sometimes and the lessons that we learn could come in different ways. That’s why self-care is extremely important to be able to continue to navigate the daily challenges we meet in various aspects of our lives. Self-care is the fuel you put for your car to function. Your car can only drive so much then it will stop when it runs out of gas. Self-care has many shapes and forms. Fill your heart with peace and serenity as you fill your car with gas. Life will continue to go on but you won’t if you don’t take care of your soul, body, and spirit. Nourish them well and your productivity will soar high.
Someone struggling with low self-esteem:
We identify with certain negative experiences from our past and let them dominate our lives and dictate how we live. The truth is we went through these negative experiences and they hurt but they are not us! We are defined by who we are. Our core being is untouchable and is stronger than anything. Raise your head, learn from your mistakes and let them lead you to a better version of yourself.
Say YES to Life Coaching. Let's Build Your Personal Plan Together.
My coaching program consists of a customized plan to fit your lifestyle while creating significant milestones to achieve your goals.

Both positive and negative factors may have overwhelmed you in the past, but every move you take is just another milestone to your success.
As your life coach, I'm committed to building up your confidence and allowing you to accept yourself for who you are.
2. Realistic Goal Setting and Achieving Small Milestones
Whether it's personal, financial, business or even professional goals, my life coaching program will help you reach a new destination. We'll determine exactly what is preventing you from getting what you want, what steps you need to take, and how to continue positive habits to maintain your success.
3. Prioritizing Your Time and Creating a Well-Balanced Schedule
Setting priorities is vital during each training session. Attaining your goals may seem impossible now because you don't know which one to prioritize first.
I'll determine exactly where you should prioritize your time and why. We'll acknowledge your current wants as a stepping point to reach your long-term aspirations.
4. Acknowledging Your Failures and Learning From Them
A life coach will make you acknowledge that failures are inevitable. You must accept that change is a vital step of personal development.

Building a strong support network is the source of your strength, while building self-confidence is a habit that will generate a happy life.
Always remember, people around you are often happy to extend a helping hand.

What is coaching? The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential, which is particularly important in today’s uncertain and complex environment. Coaches honor the client as the expert in his or her life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole. Standing on this foundation, the coach's responsibility is to: Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve Encourage client self-discovery Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies Hold the client responsible and accountable This process helps clients dramatically improve their outlook on work and life, while improving their leadership skills and unlocking their potential.
Is coaching right for you?In a nutshell, do you or your company have a fairly clear idea of a desired outcome from the coaching? If yes, then a coaching partnership can be a useful tool for developing a strategy for how to achieve that outcome with greater ease and support. Try this out and see if coaching is for you!
What are the benefits for coaching? As per ICF, The ICF Global Coaching Client Study shows most clients reported improved work performance, better business management, more efficient time management, increased team effectiveness, and more growth and opportunities. The same study found that coaching clients noted greater self-confidence, enhanced relationships, more effective communications skills, better work-and-life balance and an improvement in wellness. Nearly 70 percent of individuals indicated they had at least made back their initial investment. The median suggests that a client who achieved financial benefit from coaching can typically expect a ROI of more than three times the amount spent. According to the same report, the vast majority of companies (86 percent) say they at least made their investment back. In fact, almost one-fifth (19 percent) saw a ROI of 50 times their investment, while another 28 percent saw a ROI of 10 to 49 times the investment. Nearly all companies or individuals who hire a coach are satisfied. According to the ICF Global Coaching Client Study, a stunning 99 percent of people who were polled said they were somewhat or very satisfied with the overall coaching experience
What are some typical topics to work with a Coach on?ANYTHING! How is Coaching distinct from other services such as counseling, consulting and training?"According to the ICF, Professional coaching focuses on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. Sometimes it’s helpful to understand coaching by distinguishing it from other personal or organizational support professions. Therapy : Therapy deals with healing pain, dysfunction and conflict within an individual or in relationships. The focus is often on resolving difficulties arising from the past that hamper an individual's emotional functioning in the present, improving overall psychological functioning, and dealing with the present in more emotionally healthy ways. Coaching, on the other hand, supports personal and professional growth based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes. These outcomes are linked to personal or professional success. Coaching is future focused. While positive feelings/emotions may be a natural outcome of coaching, the primary focus is on creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in one's work or personal life. The emphases in a coaching relationship are on action, accountability, and follow through. Consulting : Individuals or organizations retain consultants for their expertise. While consulting approaches vary widely, the assumption is the consultant will diagnose problems and prescribe and, sometimes, implement solutions. With coaching, the assumption is that individuals or teams are capable of generating their own solutions, with the coach supplying supportive, discovery-based approaches and frameworks. Mentoring : A mentor is an expert who provides wisdom and guidance based on his or her own experience. Mentoring may include advising, counseling and coaching. The coaching process does not include advising or counseling, and focuses instead on individuals or groups setting and reaching their own objectives. Training : Training programs are based on objectives set out by the trainer or instructor. Though objectives are clarified in the coaching process, they are set by the individual or team being coached, with guidance provided by the coach. Training also assumes a linear learning path that coincides with an established curriculum. Coaching is less linear without a set curriculum. Athletic Development : Though sports metaphors are often used, professional coaching is different from sports coaching. The athletic coach is often seen as an expert who guides and directs the behavior of individuals or teams based on his or her greater experience and knowledge. Professional coaches possess these qualities, but their experience and knowledge of the individual or team determines the direction. Additionally, professional coaching, unlike athletic development, does not focus on behaviors that are being executed poorly or incorrectly. Instead, the focus is on identifying opportunity for development based on individual strengths and capabilities.
Is coaching scientifically based? The Institute of Coaching IOC at McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the integrity and credibility of the coaching profession by bridging science and best coaching practices. The IOC advances research by awarding $100,000 a year in Harnisch Grants for coaching research projects. CTI joined forces with the IOC in June 2012 to bring the art and practice of coaching together with the science that supports its efficacy. As a benefit of this partnership, CTI students and graduates are eligible for a discounted membership to the IOC’s global coaching community, the Institute of Coaching Professional Association (ICPA). This association brings together professionals and leaders in the field to disseminate coaching best practices based on a scientific backbone needed to validate this powerful tool for human transformation and growth.
